This is an in-house developed process in the field of high temperature brazing. A brazed join of very high quality is made and materials such as stainless steel, titanium, ceramics or other metals can be joined together. Brazing run-out and size and shape change are minimised without adding polluting barriers. Apart from that no undesired surface reactions come about and components stay very clean and bright during the process.

The brazing assembly and testing/packaging takes place in a clean area, where work is performed under special conditions and protective clothing is worn.

With this process, very high-grade and high-duty connections can be constructed. These are in many cases superior to other connection techniques. Also other very complex geometry can be constructed, which cannot be constructed using any other method.
For applications within for example the market segments: turbines, semiconductors, electron microscopy and photovoltaics industry have to meet these special requirements.
